Matchbook has the 5-cent lines beat most of the time. But the original post was singing the praises of all the options that 5 Dimes has, and that is certainly true. Matchbook is better for straight betting, 5 Dimes is better for more alternate lines and totals.

I have seen 1-cent and 2-cent lines at Matchbook, which work out to appoximately 3-cent and 4-cent after commissions. But beyond that, I do feel that 5 Dimes is better for everything else (alternate lines, props, etc.)

So Matchbook has >$500 in liquidity on both sides at a 1c spread on overnight baseball lines? I'm going to watch tonight and see, but I'd guess there's less than a 1% chance this is true.

I think you misunderstood. I have seen 1c and 2c lines on GAMEDAY, especially as it gets closer to gametime. Yes 5 Dime nickel overnight lines are better AT THE TIME (usually), but that is irrelevant when you can get a better line at Matchbook on gameday.

But again, I'm not quite sure why we're even arguing this point when we both agree that 5 Dimes is better all-around.
