Zack Greinke is the lone bright spot in the Kansas City starting rotation, while Josh Towers has been a notoriously slow starter for Toronto, so back the dog tonight.

While there is no doubt that the Blue Jays are the better team here, we feel that this starting pitching matchup favors the Royals at this rather generous price.

Zack Greinke had an excellent first start of the season for Kansas City, limiting the powerful Boston Red Sox lineup to just one earned run in seven innings. This youngster has the best arm in the Royals rotation, and although he did not face the Blue Jays last season, he did record a Quality Start in this stadium two years ago, allowing three runs in eight innings.

Toronto starter Josh Towers is generally horrible the year round, but he has been a particularly slow starter, with the Blue Jays going 2-10 as a team in all of his April starts over the last three years. We will go for the value play with the better starting pitcher as an underdog in this spot.

I feel there is enough value with Greinke and the Royals to play them. I would love to see everyone all over the Jays.

I watched the game he pitched against the sox, Dice-k's first start. I was really impressed with this kid. It's at +134 at some shops.....you boys think we might see +140?
