I am loving the over, or even Tex TT over 4?

Over 9.5 is at plus money? What am I missing?

Both teams have been swinging a hot bat. Texas has nothing to play for but pride and have some ridiculous numbers vs. Santana. Both pitchers are coming off subpar performances. Anyone else thinking of laying heavy on this over?
