    Rangers -1 1/2 +115
Holland gets back to his recent form after a bad outing against the Yankees. He had a 1.85 ERA in his last five outings prior to his bad stint against the Yankees.

Only one batter for the Blue Jays hits over .300 in Ruiz.

Blue Jays bats have been quiet as of late scoring only 13 runs in their last 5 outings, although the Rangers have only put up 15 in their last five against the Yankees and Twins.

Cecil hasn't made it out of the fifth inning in any of his last three starts and I don't expect him to tonight.
