    Baseball September Pick-3 Contest Rules
Starting Tuesday, September 1, 2009, we will start a September Baseball Pick-3 Contest, which will run until Wednesday, September 30. All prizes will be in the form of an account at BetPhoenix, and all prizes require a 4 time roll-over before withdrawals can be made. The prize distribution is as follows:

    First Place: $175
    Second Place: $50
    Third Place: $25

We have eliminated the last-place prize, and the link to the contest is http://www.sbrpicks.com/contest/156/

    *IMPORTANT*
All players must have an account at BetPhoenix in order to be prize eligible for this contest. SIGN UP Here.

Players will be prompted to enter their VALID account number at the automated site before being allowed to make any picks. While there is no official deadline to enter the contest, please keep in mind that you need enough days to make the minimum of 45 monthly plays required.

    1. We will be using Live Lines, so different players may get different lines on the same game depending on when they enter their plays.

    2. You may select a maximum of three plays per day. There are no restrictions in regards to allowable prices for favorites and underdogs, but ONLY full-game Siides and Totals are allowed. Sorry, no first five inning, second half or Run Lines allowed.

    3. All plays will be RISKING one unit for underdogs or TO WIN one unit for favorites, and you do NOT need to make all of your daily picks (3 maximum) at the same time.

    4. Once you enter your play(s), they CANNOT be changed except for the case of a bad line feed. If a bad line feed results in wrong lines being loaded, all plays made against the bad line(s) will be deleted and they will need to be re-inputted. Thus, if anyone sees a bad line feed, please PM LT Profits or SBRforum Staff ASAP!

    5. To be eligible for the prizes, you must make a minimum of 45 plays over the duration of the contest. Also, the maximum number of allowable plays for this contest is 75.

6, Standings will be based on total units won/lost. If there is a tie at the end of the contest for either of the top three positions or for last place, the contest will be extended into September in the form of a one-play-per-day sudden death tiebreaker.

6a. To break ties for any of the top three spots, all tied players must make ONE selection each day that there is at least one scheduled game. If at least one player wins, all players that win advance to the next day. If no one wins, all players that made a selection advance to the next day. When breaking a tie for a top three spot, a PUSH IS A LOSS!

6b. To break ties for last place, all tied players must make ONE selection each day that there is at least one scheduled game. If at least one player loses, all players that lost advance to the next day. If no one loses, all players that made a selection advance to the next day. When breaking a tie for last place, a PUSH IS A WIN!

Regardless of if a tie is for a top three spot or for last place, any player that passes does NOT advance to the next day. Also, if a selection is postponed, the next day will be considered an extension of the previous day and only players that had the postponed game will make a selection.

    7. And here’s the fine print:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
    • One entry per home and computer.
    • Maximum three picks per day, minimum 45 plays required to be eligible for month-end prize. Maximum is 75 plays.
    • All decisions made by SBR with regards to this contest are final.
    • SBR employees eligible to participate but are not eligible to win the monthly prize.

All you have to do is sign up an account there, it does not have to be funded.

Not sure what you mean. If you win something, your winnings go into your account and have to be rolled four times before being able to withdraw. You can have a 0 balance right now.

So I can use the prize money as the bankroll to rollover with? I didn't know that. Thanks.
