I don't how is it at where you live, but in VA if you are on the grass then you shouldn't get a citation.
So you got a citation and your license is suspended for 3 months because you were drunk/holding alcohol outside of a house party?
If that is the case then that is f*cked up. Cops in my college town would care less about that sh*t...

yea it was an undercover state cop. I was on the back porch inbetween like 2 houses. Literally 2 steps away from the door. Theres no court for this affense. My roomate got two already and his first one he got $400 and 90 days license suspension. I live in PA.Comment -
