    When To Stop?
This is my first year betting MLB, doing fairly well. I'm wondering if any of you with years of experience have noticed a specific time near the end of the season where results become less predictable, or maybe nothing noticeable happens. Any input is appreciated.

I guess I'm lucky, my girlfriend invested $10,000 into my picks. I figure if you can't convince them you know what you're doing, you probably don't.

You stop when football season comes, one of the most profitable sports to bet on, if you know what your doing.

Also if you had two or three bad days in a row stop betting baseball.

If this is your first year gambling MLB, I would not invest a lot of that 10k into your picks. Save it for whatever you know best, not what you know least.

I seems to be the accepted thought that betting in baseball becomes more unprediactable in Septemeber. I have seen many tips/stategy sites/posts that suggest avoiding the last month of the season.
My question is how does effect the lines? Do the lines become just as unpredictable?

I would consider that unlucky. If my girlfriend invested in my gambling she would want to know everything I am doing. After every losing night I'd be on the couch. After every winning night she would want me to know how much more until we cash out and get her a diamond ring.

i had a very rough end of the season last year, this year is on the same route as well. something about those teams in contention for a playoff spot and blowing it completly.

I would say take the first and last month off.

I'm going to assume you're single.

Thanks for all the answers, everyone.
