Morrison Twist: F'in with the System for 33+ Units
    Bankroll: $3,000
    System Plays: 3 concurrent
Objective: Min. $1,000 profit by Sunday

As many of you may know, I play the JM systems. It's done well for me over the past 10 months, so I'm gonna jack with it this weekend, because there are three system plays (two official, one unofficial) beginning tonight that I hope to leverage for a winning weekend. My current bankroll is only 3,000 at three books, rather low for me, so if I lose it, I lose it, but I hope to fatten it up for future fun by winning 5 times within 3 JM chases (except I'm not always chasing).

    Official Plays from JM:
Seattle [A] (this is a +1.5 Run Line bet)
Tampa Bay [A] (this is a Money Line bet)

    Unofficial Plays from JM:
Boston [A] (this is a +1.5 Run Line bet)

1.) I'm playing the Seattle/Cleveland series like a straight v1.0 JM play; counting on the Mariners not to get swept by Cleveland. I'm not in love with this play, I think Seattle is weaker than their record indicates and Cleveland is stronger, but it's an official play and they have hit all season. The difference for me this weekend: I'm not playing the RL as the system indicates. I'm betting the Mariners ML +110 tonight.

2.) I'm playing the Tampa Bay/Texas series by counterbetting the official play on the first game. I've been waiting for hours for the ML on Texas to creep upwards, and it didn't move enough for my liking but I nailed it at +155. The Tampa Bay official play seems to be the favorite of JM loyalists; but I just like Texas going up against Kazmir in this game and I like those ML odds.

3.) I'm playing the Boston/NYY as an unofficial series: counting on Boston not to get swept by the Yankees at home. The difference for me this weekend: I'm combining ML and RL bets on Boston, heavy on the ML. I placed these bets last night.

If Boston wins the opener, I'll be on the Yanks tomorrow. If they lose, I'll be on Boston again tomorrow. If Texas wins the opener, I'll be on TBay tomorrow. If they lose, I'll be on Texas again tomorrow. Regardless, my units will be pumped on Friday and Saturday (and maybe Sunday) in a high-risk game.

    My wagers for Friday:
$200 to win 220 on Seattle ML +110
    $350 to win 333 on Boston ML +105 ($260) and RL -150 ($90)
$300 to win 465 on Texas ML +155

For better or worse, the dice have been rolled.

I agree with you on Texas. At that +155 line they are worth a play. I will take my chances. Boston game could go either way. They are in Boston which I consider gives them th slight edge. Seattle game should be interesting with Cleveland coming off a big win against Anaheim Angels. Good Luck today sir!!!

I'm rolling the same plays except I'm going with Tampa. Let's just hope that Seattle and Boston do NOT lose by 1 point tonight!

        Good luck.

I will start with my new system called "Black Pearl" at the beginning of NFL season.

Keep your money management and it should work for you.

Size of bankroll is good I will start with something like that.

Guys I love the system ideas...hopefully they get you some dollars... I have no system for NFL though I already received what I believe to be a copy of the new JM football system... I am not real impressed.... but a few have backtested claims it is successful...time will tell.. G.

On Boston RL +1.5 also... I like a team that is great at home getting runs!

You know Kazmir is 7-1 against Tex in his recent meetings right?

For all who wondered, yes, I did know that Kazmir had a 7-1 record recently against Texas, but that one loss came in his last game against them and I thought "the streak" was broken. Well, perhaps it was, but that didn't end his dominance of the Rangers!

And that mistake cost me big time, since I would have won the A bet with Tampa Bay if I had just rode the horse that brought me here. This proves, once again, that you swim in dangerous waters betting against the JM system.

That said, my quest marches on. Fortunately, the Seattle play won on the A bet and I won it on the ML, which prevented me from suffering a disastrous sweep. My bankroll now stands at $2,570. Unfortunately, I can no longer win 5 bets in 3 JM plays, but I can still achieve my goal of winning $1,000 by Sunday with some ball-breaking wagers on Saturday.

                    My wagers for Saturday:
                    $650 to win 824 on Boston ML +145 ($430) and RL -110 ($220)
$420 to win 609 on Texas ML +155

These two wagers leave my bankroll at $1,500, half of what I started with yesterday. If I lose both of these heavy underdog bets on Saturday, I will be in a desperate situation, going all in and betting on another heavy underdog with Boston and/or Texas on Sunday to recover my losses and achieve my goal. But if I win even one of these bets, I will have nearly recovered my previous losses and be gunning for the big bucks on Sunday.

And if I win both of these heavy underdog bets on Saturday, my net profit in two days will be $1,003. And I will be done.

I am enjoying this much more than I should be.

BOL buddy I hope it works out! I don't understand why you are betting a lot o n Texas though. I also have Boston ML today but I have a feeling the Sox will win tomorrow with Beckett on the mound.

Im chasing Philly the next two games also. Boy that juice is high! They better pull out this win tonight! Im thinkin about chasing Cleveland the next two games also. They will have to win tonight though because Hernandez is on the mound for Seattle on Sunday with Carmona on the mound for Cleveland and we all know how that ones gonna turn out. I thought long and hard about the taking Texas. I dont like it but I will make a small play on it. Afterall, I have to give Hunter a chance. He has been pitching well lately. Good luck everyone!

Okay, got one big winner with Boston crushing the Yankees and one heartbreaking loser with Texas losing by one to the Rays in 10 innings. If the Rangers had just been able to win that game, I'd already be done.

Instead, my $3,000 starting bankroll now stands at $2,554. To achieve my goal of $1,000 profit by Sunday, I have to win $1,446 tomorrow. This play doesn't have to be related to the JM MLB system, since all 6 of the JM plays this weekend (2 official, 3 unofficial, and one v3 play) have already come up winners and are now over. But if I had played those plays in the usual way I play them, I would have only won about $450. My goal is to win over $1,000!

Therefore, my quest is not over, and I am still counting on the Texas Rangers to avoid a sweep against Tampa Bay. So I am rolling over a dime on the Rangers tomorrow to achieve my goal (and even a bit more).

                                  My wager for Sunday:
$1100 to win $1485 on Texas ML +135

I was able to spread this bet across my three books to avoid overnight limits. If I lose, I will be left with less than half my original bankroll. But if I win, I will have achieved a $1,039 profit this weekend.

This bet on the Rangers is roughly the equivalent of a 37-unit bet to win 50 units.
