JOEL PINEIRO is 3-0 in his last 3 starts, and the cards are HOT!

Am i missing something here?? this seems to be a no brainer....

Pads have nothing to play for but have played teams tight for sometime now. Its not a no brainer.

I don't know what to do with this game. Under 1st five innings perhaps. I don't want to lay a big price against Stauffer.
