Both pitchers pitch terribly to the opposing batters of each team here. Cain gave up 5 ER his last start against the Reds at home. Harang also pitched very mediocre with his last start against the Giants. Great American Ballpark is also built like a little league field so I think going over 7.5 is a very enticing bet. Also with yesterdays 1-0 game you have to figure that these bats will have to awaken. I think the Reds on the ML here is also not a bad play as well.

I don't see the value when Harang owned the Giants 2 starts ago and Cain gave up 5 earned at home. Now he is on the road in the same situation. You could say 2 starts ago that the Reds were packing it in then as well and they come out of no where and win that game on the road. These guys are still professionals and do not like to be embarrassed. There not just gonna go up to the plate with there bats on there shoulders and decide to deliberately make outs.
