that is how you win......if you go over to the morrison thread you will see i wagered 1300 on the whitesox last night to win 1000...............here is the reasoning behind the games.............chicago has buehrle going tonight......lefties benefit at safeco field...as we saw last night with a struggling john danks....lefties pitch to the big part of the ball park......chicago has a better offensive line up....and a better bullpen.......hernandez has been off as late +125 is the play

san diego +155 is a great play.....they are starting a former first round pick out of miami....padres are 6-4 in laST 10 AND HAVE A WINNING RECORD AGAINST THE NL CENTRAL..... milwaukee let go hall and hart.....have been in a nosedive and have a losing record against the west while being 4-6 in last 10...+155 is a gift....if i split one of those 2 games (which im confident i win them both) im ahead....its pretty simple.

just going b y the numbers nolasco has had 4 quality starts in a row and is 2-0 lifetime against houston......florida has more speed.....better bullpen....and they are on the streak.....nolasco's last 3 opponents were philly chicago cubs and atlanta.....norris has 2 starts against st louis and a struggling milwaukee team....most he has gone is 7....the bullpens were compromised last night in the extra inning game....marlins have more depth at pitching...nolasco is capable of going 8 or 9....just based on the numbers...and indicators marlins is the play

What bearing does Nolasco's last 4 starts have on his performance today? There's no way to know. I'm not saying they won't win, but I don't think the Marlins are worth laying that kind of chalk when they could just as well lose this game. I would also wait for lineups to be posted before putting anything down.

well i wagered on this game last night when the lines came out....and grabbed florida-160 i agree with you that at -185 to -200 its a bit of a low value bet right now...thats why i release the following days games so early so people can take advantage of the lines....

when you bet a game you look at the numbers and try to deduce what the best wager is.....nobody knows whats going to happen.....but you take all the indicators involved and go with it.....there is never a sure thing in any gamble.....however gambling is not about wins and losses it is about the net money made......yesterday for example i went 1-1 yet netted 900.00 its ok to lose....as long as you do the research and handicapping...good things will happen over the long run......as opposed to systems that give you -300 plays like colorado today.
