I think it all depends on the phillies bats. If they decide to score runs today then I think Happ should have no problem picking up win #9. I am liking the +ML for the Phils. That is definitely worth a small play.

I'm on Phillies +1 heavy, Phillies are 3-0 on the road after a home loss and Cubs are 0-2 when starting a new home series after a loss in game 3 of a previous home series. That's good enough for me. Happ has been pretty good. Phillies however have really poor numbers vs. Harden but I still think their offense gets it done today. The over is also 5-0 in those games I listed above but I'd probably stay away from the total today.
