Nate Pearson, RHP
The Blue Jays’ No. 1 prospect enters camp as one of the club’s biggest stories. Pearson’s fastball routinely touches 100 mph, but his excellent slider can make him truly dangerous on the mound. He’s made just three starts in Triple-A, so the likely outcome is that Pearson starts in Buffalo and joins the Blue Jays midway through the season.
