I have the ANGELS as well and the OVER 10
this is the best underdog for the day IMO
Both pitchers have over a 1.58 AVG WHIP
And the Angels batting order is at 4.000
Twins batting order is .467 (weak)
Angels should win easily

I had a lean toward the Twins last night, now I backed off a bit, if I had to pick a winner I'd say Twins. I may play the under tho.

Whatever we say won't influence the game. But the Angels have a circumstantial edge. Blackburn hasn't fared well after the All-Star break. Also consider that:
1) Santana pitches better on the road
2) Santana would like to avenge his last loss to the Twins
3) The Angels relish the dog role as they're 9-2 in their L11 as an underdog
4) The Angels are a road beast as they're 13-3 in their L16 road games
5) Santana and the Angels are one of the better Game 1 pitcher/team as the Angels are now 10-2 in Santana's L12 starts during Game 1 of a series
6) Blackburn struggles against the Angels - both at home and on the road

#2 is key for me. Books are giving the Twins a big edge because of the way they pasted Santana last outing. He'll want revenge, plain and simply. If the Twins win this it will be in a slugfest. Laying off.
