Cain was outstanding, the bats were not there but a win is a win...

a little about what im doing here... the computer compares the 2 teams playing and assigns a number value to each team... i then compare the 2 numbers, simple as that..

i play all differences above 30pts... i am tinkering with dropping that to all 20pt differences but i wont, just stay with the best plays..

incidentally here were how all the games rated today...

Cubs (+16pts) winner
Giants (+35pts) winner
Angels (+22pts) winner
Seattle (+2pts) winer

hard to believe that seattle was rated ahead of Halladay but they were... here is the forecast for the entire night card.

Baltimore (+5pts)
yankees (+9pts)
boston (+16pts)
texas (+20pts) hard to believe here
whitesox (+4pts) pitching changes accounted for
florida (+10pts)
reds (+11pts)
mets (+8pts)
brewers (+10pts)
cards (+7pts)
phillies (+31pts)

that was how the entire card came out but im only playing one selection this evening...

2. Phillies (-1.60) 1.60 units to win 1.00 units

will adapt a little money management and drop the units.. no plays will ever risk over 3.00 units...

i do not know if the RL would be the better wager, as im only looking for the win.

mostly covers...

all plays using listed pitchers, pitching makes up approximately 30% of the equation.

i dont have any numbers for this, when trying to use for strictly Value.. i did not develop this to be a Value system, as with the seattle play today...

from what i have seen, i wont be playing anything under a (+20pt) difference.... so far, im staying with a (+30pt) difference..

if you dropped the plays today, down to (+20pts) this would have been the card..

giants (+35pts) winner
phillies (+31pts) pending
angels (+22pts) winner
rangers (+20pts) pending

i would exlcude anything under this...

we shall see how this proceeds..

the computer program does not put a Value on a play, as obviously there is little Value in this play.. what it does is give a ranking to the team with the highest probability of winning.. its up to the bettor to do the rest.

wainright/norris must go.

4. brewers Over 8.5 (+1.00) 1.00 unit to win 1.00 unit

just a few notes..

my program does not simply go with the highest rated moneyline on the board, i want to make that clear.... yesterday the cards were the play but not the highest moneyline... today TB is not nearly the highest ranked play but they are 2nd on the ML... texas is the 2nd strongest play on my board today and it is a night game, so there may be a chance that i will throw a 1/2 unit on them later this evening, if i do, ill list it in this thread..

im going to try and make august my first full month of documenting this program, amywhere on the internet... so wish me luck and my best to all of you on your selections today.

ive done a lot of research with statistics and probabilities and how they relate and can be applied to the betting world..

august is the first month that im actually going to try and post the plays in a public forum...

for me 1 unit = $100 and there will be no plays for over 3 units... the selections are from a computer program that ive created and have no bearing on any personal opinions that i may have of the selections..

ill get the plays up asap each day, as im temporarily laid off and have some free time these days..

i play both online and with locals but will try and post widely available lines..

Mr. Progression is SSI at numerous sites, JYD at Covers and was The Investor here. He has a long history of failed system after failed system. After stiffing another posted on a $100 wager (which he claimed he sent the $100 bill mail) he said he was going to quit posting. Evidently he lied again.

He has also failed several times to start a tout business and scam other posters.

Use extreme caution when dealing with this stiff/wannabe tout
