          Astros can take this Over by themselves. Livan only pitches well against teams like Nats, Padres, and the like.

          I can't take the CWS with Richard on the mound. Yes, he's coming off probably the best outing of his entire life, but I won't put money on a horrible pitcher with a struggling team.
