Fukk this app. All I hear when I cash out is “3rd party 3rd party 3rd party” even though borgata’s name is on the app. Bottom line, my first cashout took about 25 minutes. The process is you select the amount to withdrawal - you’ll receive an email they are reviewing the amounts - and then a second confirmation email. However, their policy is the review of account could take 24 hours, up to 5 business days. So I cashed out for the 2nd time in my career and it’s been 20 hours. I’m up like less than 2 grand on this p.o.s. fukking app and just jerked off whenever I call/ email/ etc.
