I second that. They are just not a very good team, so it goes beyond Eflin. All their starting pitchers struggle to eat up innings with the exception of Nola. Pivetta, Velasquez, and Arrieta are all inconsistent. When they play good well-rounded teams like the Dodgers on ESPN, they get exposed. I’d be surprised if the Phils Win a game this series.Comment
