Yup, a hit?
We'll have to wait and see why?
He's suppose to pull thru.

never watched a lick of baseball until circa 2004, was always about basketball and nothing else.
saw Big papi step up to the plate, full of confidence and his big platinum chain just swinging over his Red Sox jersey, spit at a first pitch breaking ball in the dirt. didn't even think about swinging. 2nd pitch same thing. never broke focus, he knew what he was looking for. then 3rd pitch comes and the guy throws a heater and Big papi smashes it over that lil right field wall in Fenway. jogged around the bases at his own pace. it was a walk off too. then I heard the announcers call him "BIG PAPI." I was just a kid then and I immediately fell in love with the game. started buying all the baseball video games - all star baseball 2k4 with Jeter on the cover was the first. basketball jerseys turned into baseball jerseys. A Rod TEXAS RANGERS & Big Papi TWINS were my first 2. couldn't afford the new ones but my mom found me these 2 at the thrift store.
it was so cool to me how he was able to impact the game and control it like that. single handedly won the game for his team and didn't even break a sweat. it was the coolest thing id ever seen
thank you Big papi!!! you are appreciated
