Hi
I would like some feedback from experienced members regarding a simple (so I thought!) situation regarding a 2 leg accumulator/parlay placed with Betonline. The first leg was an nba moneyline (winner) pick - that tipped off at 6pm - with a second leg prop bet with player X to score over 25 points. The second leg was void (pushed) because the player was injured that morning and scratched from the lineup. I expected the bet to be graded as a straight moneyline winner on the earlier game result. Betonline VOIDED THE WHOLE BET and returned the original stake. When I raised this with them this was their response:

his email is regarding wager ticket # xxxxxxxx , Accumulators will not be paid as winners when all selections are void except one winning Game Market selection. The bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.
When I checked their own published terms regarding accumulators/parlays it clearly states if one leg is void the parlay just drops that leg and continues. I advised them of this again - and even quoted their terms - but for some inexplicable reason they are sticking to this. I lived in Vegas for years and I have bet full time since 2013 and have never seen any book grading in this fashion. I thought I would see if somehow Ive missed something before recontacting them.
Any and all help/comments appreciated!
