I have been getting the feel for this season of MLB, and I am at 64% on my Cappertek account where I have been keeping track. I am going to try and post my strongest play daily on here. I will give a short description for my pick as well.

First game!

LAA/MIN - Cahill has averaged 4 runs in the first 5 inning in L3. Min has scored 4 runs in the first 5 inn in each game in current series vs LAA. Odorizzi has given up 0 runs in first 5 inn L3 and 2 runs L5.

Minn didn’t disappoint by putting up at least 4 runs in each game of the series against LA, with Odorizzi only giving up one.

I have them winning the game, but the big value I saw was in the starting pitching and batting with Minn.

MIL/PHI - 1st 5 Innings U5

With each team starting their aces today (Eflin and Davies) I am surprised that the total for the first five and the whole game are as high as they are.

Davies has averaged for the first 5 innings 0.67 runs in the L3 and 0.8 in L5

Eflin has averaged for the first 5 innings 0.67 runs in the L3 and 2.0 in L5

Lol isn’t it kind of funny with Nola & Arrieta on squad Eflin has been the dependable guy?

Davies & Woodruff 2 very impressive young pitchers on Brew Crew staff. One thing to keep an eye on w/ Davies is that his GB% has dropped significantly w/o any uptick in strikeouts. So he’s either getting a bit lucky or is just pitching his ass off. Either way I think he is due for SOME regression
