If it is, it is but I see value in all three plays independently so I would do it every time. It is not as if I plan these things in advance.

Around 10 direct pitching stats for each pitcher plus a couple of pitching factor adjustments for all pitcher. And all of that yields a number rating, the labels you are asking about are subjective.
