I'm in Vegas and my flight leaves at 345 PM. I wanted to make a first 5 innings bet on the Cubs game so I'd have enough time to cash my ticket before I leave. Do i have to wait till game is over to cash it or can i cash it after the first 5 innings if it hits??

The result is decided after the first 5. Very similar to a 1st half bet in football. Cash that puppy as soon as the final out happens in the bottom of the 5thComment -

Is just like betting a 1st half of hoop or football, and result is official upon the end of the 5th inning (or 1st half). As always however, books vary from the time the game is over & is official, and when they pay out winning wagers. Many grade wagers within a coupe of minutes, although some do take longer.Comment
