I also (plus I am with you on the Rockies today) like the A's today...Santana might be 9-1 with a 1.36 ERA and a 1.009 Whip against the A's in his career but he is also 0-3 with a 9+ ERA in his last 3 starts... Braden will give the A's a decent chance to win too... plus both teams are hitting over .300 right now... come on the Angels at +money considering Santana's record agains the A's and the hot hitting... they should be the fav in this one or at least close to ev money, but no way should they be a 120 dog...

Only thing scaring me off the Rockies is Gaudin's numbers vs. them. While he's had only 1 start he was fairly dominant (7 H no BB 9K) but that was back when Colorado was 20-29 and not playing well at all. Regardless, the total is a very low 7 which insinuates a low scoring game. 7 is really low for two good, but not great pitchers. Adrian Gonzalez owns Cook so this game will basically come down to whether or not Gonzalez hits a home run with more than 1 batter on base. Especially after being robbed in the All-Star Game he will go deep. With that said, I still like the Rockies to get it done though!

The park factor for the Braves is a little low (0.899) and favors the pitchers, as well as the other two. Dodgers Stadium is dead last in runs (0.796) and 4th from last in home runs (0.829). The Cubs Nats one looks a bit intriguing considering the bats of both clubs are hot and the Nats bullpen is horrid and is always good for two runs by themselves. The park factor puts them squarely around the middle of the pack (17th) as far as runs, and although they sit above the Dodgers in terms of home runs hit, you have to remember that their team is not built for power. The Cubs however are showing signs of waking up. So of those three I'd have to say that i like that one the most despite Lannan being a stud. Harden is getting rocked lately and until he proves other wise the over is a play that preys upon his bad play of late.

It's only free money....What y'all scared of? I'll continue to pay the high chalk for a success rate like this. man I'm like 20-3 or some berzerk shit like that. I keep mentioning it and no one is paying attention. I didn't lose when they played the Yanks bcause the vigorish was WAY too high for my taste. The Nats ended up winning that series and then took me to the cleaners in the next series when I took the Blue Jays and lost, but I spoke upon this when I had a conversation with solobss at the beginning of the season and no one was paying any attention to what I said that i was going to do.

A reader emailed me (yes I finally have started answering them) and thanked me for the system. Told me had been killin with it and asked that i place my series bets on the big board, making it easier to follow them.

So there you have it. The Cubs could very well lose to the Nats in this first series. The Nats are hitting better than they are right now. Give it time. They'll cool off. I'll be back at it again when they face the Mets!
