All via Bookmaker. Noticed these props which are for full season results that can be made during the All-Star break. Couple really stood out.
NL Home Runs
Pujols -160
He has an 8 HR lead over both Reynolds & A.Gonzalez who are offered at +500. 10 up on Fielder & Howard who are offered at +550. Pujols does have a few games more played than most (3-5) but he's hit 8, 8 & 14 HRs in the first three months. Just 2 in Juy though. In his career, July & September are the lowest HR hitting months. August one of his best.
NL Strikeouts
Lincecum -115
He's 13 ahead of Vazquez and 20 ahead of Haren. Lincecum finished with 265 last year. Vazquez with 200. Haren, 206. Vazquez' career high was 241 in 2003. Haren's was last season's 206.
Like the Lincecum one more so than the Pujols one, but both seem fairly solid, especially with both teams involved in pennant races. Health is always a question, but it would be with any futures wager. Thoughts?
