-130 or less (or lower, or worse) = -130, -140, -150 and so on
-130 or more (or higher, or better, or greater) should = -130, -120, -110, +100 and so on
Too much confusion with some people saying "-130 or greater" and meaning
-140,-150,-160 etc.
< -130 = -131 or worse
> -130 = -129 or better
