Hey Curious why Tampa Bay on the run line and not the money?

The Blue Jays pitcher is making his Major League debut. Rookies making their major league debut usually either pitch a shut out or get blown out. So, I figure if the Rays do win they will win by a few runs. I also like the fact that the RL is +115 as opposed to -200 for the ML.
