    ***Arizona @ Colorado Breakdown***
Arizona is tied for 2nd to last in wins (31) in all of baseball with the Indians…..while the Nationals and Indians only have more losses than the Dbacks.

Colorado is winners of 21 of the last 26.
Arizona is winners of 8 of the last 26.
Rockies are 9-1 in the last 10 home games.
Diamondbacks are 3-7 in the last 10 road games.(with 2 of those wins against the fading Royals)

    Line opened Rockies -130 Runline -1.5 +160
    Line opened Dbacks +120 Runline +1.5 -170

Rockies Starter Jorge De La Rosa (4-7) 5.64ERA
Dbacks Starter Mark Scherzer (5-5) 3.67ERA

    Scherzer Road Starts:
    @ Kansas City 6 Innings 2 Runs (W 12-5) Winning 4-2 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ San Diego 5 Innings 0 Runs (L 4-6) Winning 2-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ Florida 6 Innings 3 Runs (W 4-3) Losing 2-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ Atlanta 6 Innings 0 Runs (W 12-0) Winning 3-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ LA Dodgers 6 innings 3 Runs (L 1-3) Losing 3-1 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ Milwaukee 6 Innings 0 Runs (L 4-1) Winning 1-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    @ San Francisco 5 Innings 1 Run (L 2-0) Losing 1-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    Totals: 40 Innings 9 Runs Team Record: (3-4) After 1st 5 Innings: (4-4)

    De La Rosa Home Starts:
    vs Pittsburgh 5.2 Innings 4 Runs (W 5-4) Winning 5-3 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs Tampa Bay 2.1 Innings 7 Runs (L 4-12) Losing 8-3 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs San Diego 5 Innings 4 Runs (L 2-5) Losing 4-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs LA Dodgers 3.1 Innings 7 Runs (L 6-16) Losing 7-5 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs Florida 8 Innings 2 Runs (L 1-3) Losing 2-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs San Diego 6 Innings 2 Runs (L 3-4) Losing 2-0 after 1st 5 Innings
    vs Philadelphia 4.2 Innings 5 Runs (L 4-8) Losing 5-4 after 1st 5 Innings
    Totals: 35 Innings 31 Runs Team Record: (1-6) After 1st 5 Innings: (1-6)

Considering Scherzer has thrown 5 more innings and given up 22 fewer runs than De La Rosa (vs the home and away starts) I’m thinking about making a play on the Dbacks 1st 5 innings, cause I really can’t trust the Dbacks pen much like I can’t believe I’m trusting their offense…..hopefully the offense can scratch across a few runs against a pitcher who is more than capable of giving them up and Scherzer continues to throw as well as he has on the road.
