There is a big tossup between phil/atl but I like the way the braves have been playing and at home they do well.
Just my info if someone has other ideas lets hear it and remember I am a rookie

Even though betting on Yankees can be a win-win situation as a Blue Jays fan (since the Yankees losing is always a great feeling), I think their odds are way overinflated. But now they're on a winning streak, I wouldn't bet against them either. Atlanta seems like a good pick because they hit lefties well and have a pitcher on the mound who's been very solid recently, but they're 20-21 at home so I don't know where you got that from. I'm staying away because I think Phillies are one of those teams that can surprise you every single day.

White Sox are on a streak and have their "ace" on the mound. However, Buehrle has bad numbers against KC is what I heard in cocknocker's thread. Cards I don't like, they're heave favourites but the Giants have been good lately, whereas STL hasn't been hitting that well. Angels I like, as the O's are horrible on the road and the Angels have been hitting like crazy, almost making their backers forget about pitching/bullpen troubles.

Btw, Tallet should bounce back tomorrow. Not betting on Jays (since that's when they always seem to lose), but I have good hopes.

Now, I'm a rookie myself as well, but if there's one thing I learned: start out small and watch what other handicappers do. Don't blindly follow either, but definitely have a look to see if they can bring up some points that might go against the pick you thought was obvious. Don't bet losing streaks or against winning ones either. Just my two cents.
