I am staying away, I only have Milwaukee 54% (-117) and I actually have the Reds' Reed as the higher rated starter. Not that he is great or anything as I have him right around average, but I have Miley about 15% below.

I have Cardinals 53% (-113), more or less in step with actual line. I do have Musgrove rated better though at around 5% above average vs. about 5% below for Gant.
