I actually get Baltimore favored 52% (-108) with pitchers almost even at slightly below average. Notice I have not bet on Orioles as of now though.

Phillies 54% (-117)
Both pitchers below average with Chen about 3% better. Phillies have big edges in bullpen and in offensive splits though.

Actually Rays have slight starting pitching edge with Eovaldi average and Odorizzi about 5% below, but Twins have enough edges in other areas that I have Minnesota 53% (-113).

White Sox and Royals are about equally bad with starters, Shields actually about 2% worse, but Royals rate awfully in a lot of other areas. I get White Sox 57% (-133), a rare occurrence I know.
