How important is game time: Day vs Night?

I am looking at teams in terms of $For and $Against for a like situation. By situation I mean Home/Away, and Line within a certain range.

I have been using Day/Night also as part of situation, but I am beginning to wonder if this really matters.

For example, the Cubs as a dog and away for all games are 2-12. As a dog and away for day games they are 2-1.

Is there something about day games that matters? Or, is this just a coincidence?
