I hate to ask dumb questions but how are the + and - calculated and what does it mean +or- + =win - = loss?
Sorry the betting formula is different in Toronto,
I see it as mets win, brewers lose etc. maybe I am wrong and confused?

+ and - is looked at as how much you have to risk versus how much you win. the mets are +155 so if i risk $100 then i win $155 but the brewers are -157 so I have to risk $157 just to win $100. They are also looked at as who is the favorite to win versus who the underdog is.
