I couldn't care care less about winning/losing streaks, every game is its own entity. Sometimes streaks give value to the opposite side, this particular case is just the opposite though with the prevailing thought being M's can't beat Astros twice in row and value lies with Seattle side per model (which as I said looks at each game independently).

FYI, I am right at Houston 60% (-150)

Vs. one of more public teams in baseball at Wrigley. Not too surprising.

Interesting take LT, perhaps approaching each game in this way would save me some grief long term. Thanks for the explanation friend.

8.6 weather neutral. Cincinnati can play like a bandbox though.

I thought exactly the same thing at first. Have you looked at the Phillies batting stats the last week or two? Absoutely abysmal. And the Cubs are hitting close to .300 as a team the last 7 days. I may still play Philly but this made me think twice.

Absolutely Mag. Thats why we (at least the good ones) are here. We are always learning and everyone can bring their own angle to handicapping a game.
