    Why is Verlander only -125
Angels fan here. Can’t understand this one

He’s been the best pitcher in baseball and I’ve watched every single angel game this year. Why did it go from -160 to -125

    Thanks guys and GL

    wondered the same thing

plus Astros won last night and covered the runline. So why drop tonight's line? Kept dropping lower before gametime, too.

I think it's all done by computers, and Garrett Richards has won recent games, while Verlander lost two in a row although he pitched good in those games.

We'll have to see how this plays out

Last night I got to the Sportsbook late so the only baseball game available was Houston and Anaheim
Houston was - 115, my eyes open really wide as I thought I just had a gift. Anaheim threatened in the ninth inning but Verlander closed it out himself
Sometimes us gamblers in the gambling World call that a gift

Books might have thought that Garrett Richards was a live Underdog
imho, a lot of Angels and Dodgers homers out here in Las Vegas, might be the reason why the line gets manipulated
Albert Pujols was the only threat to Verlander. Mike Trout can't hit Justin Verlander, Andrelton Simmons,Justin Upton, Kole Calhoun, none of those guys can hit Justin Verlander. All JV had to do was pitch around Pujols and he was going to have a shutout
