What regression? I have Cole rated fairly high, about 10% better than average pitcher.

With that being said, I DO get Houston at "only" 62% (-163), so Halos could conceivably become playable later.

But I also only get Colorado 57% (-133) over San Diego, so I am strongly considering Padres.

Like the under in Balty. Maybe my guy ravensfan can chime in and help me out here. I see gausman velo down several ticks this season. Has that been a ongoing problem or was it just a slow start and he back to hitting mid 90s??

Bullpen is so bad for Balt. cle got 14 hits yesterday. If Kipnis Yonder or Encar could get a hit they would be flying. Team is close to breaking out. Zimmer back is a slight upgrade on Rajih too. I'm riding Cle based on frozen balt bats.
