3-1 yesterday for +2 units yesterday. Ol' Dbacks couldn't hold on to give me the sweep. They have big problems in their bullpen. Archie ain't the guy he used to be and Macfarland has the ability to lose a game solely by himself, just like he did yesterday. I will be shocked if they don't fix this before post season.

BOLD PREDICTION: cubs don't make it past the first round of playoffs. they don't look motivated, driven, or hungry. NL is full of young studs that have the spark the cubs lack. and i am not basing this off one game. cubs made some big time mistakes grabbing overrated pitchers and paying them too much out of desperation. theo epstein normally doesn't make these types of mistakes but they made 3 in a row between darvish, chatwood, and quintana, who i am ecstatic they took off the white sox hands.

I agree ODB. Cubs haven’t looked motivated since they won the WS. IMO, Darvish was the worst signing. Something is missing on that team and they’re usually always favored because the public loves them.
