Thats an interesting strategy as well.. I kind of like it.. Would you be picking the moneyline rather than the runline though?

Always the moneyline and why not? The payout is so nice you really can't pass it up. The other day in the System Integrity thread the 6th bet of that chase the Yanks were favored -400 and had you bet opposite in favor of the Nationals it would have been +305. Since the payouts are so gravy you technically could go up 8 or 9 losses in the chase and be risking the same amount as you would in a 6 or 7 loss chase in the other thread. I am curious to see how this goes. Chasing systems are a joke but if you have good money mgmt you can make some cash. From November-May I chase all my losses with 1 pick a day. I never chase past 4 losses and this has been very beneficial for me. Believe it or not but the last 2 years I have never lost 5 bets in a row during those months and made a killing over that time. I will track my success once football and basketball season comes into play around the middle of September.

So basically you have proven success with this strategy? If you think about it, Underdogs spoil Favorites all the time... Which is why the "Books always win". So I cant see you losing your dog more than you would lose your favorites... and like you said.. The money is so much better...

I have proven success with my 4 game betting strategy during football and basketball season. I have not tried what I am doing in this thread so don't hold your breath. I am just tracking it to see how well it will do for the remainder of the year. I am quite sure that it will not fail for the remainder of the season but there is no chasing system out there that won't fail over time. Think about what I am doing here...I am betting on the side of the worst team and hoping they win or don't lose 7 consecutive times. It is very stupid to do this but I am just seeing what will unfold for shits and giggles. The win percentage will not be high but the juice will make up for it. Anyhow tail with caution in this thread but when September gets here pay special attention to my thread.

Good thread.......I think the 2 biggest chases today are Philly and Tor. I am putting money on Philly, but will not touch Tor with a 10 foot pole.

Apart from poor opposition put the case to me for Philly BB. I've seen you post it on a few threads now. You're obviously really keen on this play. Why? Is the -1.5 a realistic option as there is a fair bit of chalk to be paid on the money line? I might tail you on the play ...any facts and figures to back things up or is it more of a hunch type thing?

i really didn't want to play that game either since there were only 4 games on slate but figured if im gonna do this there will be no excuses/filters. i want to see how this goes without any handicapping just to see how it pans out. will have todays play up in a few.
