    Late but good info!
Quick Play: Under 8.5 Cincy / Washington—Sorry its so late but umpire was just released and Fletcher is 8-2 on the year with under winners. (38-17 L3Y) The Reds hit .217 on the road against lefties and Cueto has pitched well. If the rain stay away I like the under.

    Thanks for sharing!

I have CIN for the game, so I hope it doesn't get PPD!

Sorry for the noob question, but where do you get the info that lists who will be the Umpire for the game?

      Thanks in advance.

No problem, it's not a bad question at all. MLB.com lists the box scores when the lineups are released. In the first game of the series the umpire is not known until the lineup is put out. So i watch mlb.com until I see the box score updated and get the umpire and then cross reference the info. I am sure the guys here may have another way to go about it but that is how I do it.

          Very nice hit sir.

A "late info" post on SBR that actually gave some info for once!

...and even provided a winner! good job.

Ah, good to know. I figured it would be something as simple as that

Thanks again for the info, and nice hit on the play!

Was this an actual hit (cashed)? With the pitching change after the rain delay it should have been a "No Play" from the book.

It would be a no play if it was actually Postponed, rather than just delayed.

For my book that's how it is anyway.

It's a No Play because there was a change in starting pitchers. I know, because I had the game and I had it in a parlay (which I ended up winning because I had the Reds RL and it was cancelled).

Ah, so for you it prolly stipulates it as a "no play" in the event of a pitching change. That sucks.

It's different for me, I can actually elect to have the bet continue despite a pitching change. Or I can have it setup so that as long as Cueto is pitching, I want the bet to play (which turned out to be the case).

That's exactly how I did it for my parlay and SB and won them both.

Actually Roag I just realized you said that you had Cin RL...
So yeah in that case it's just like OVER/UNDER bets where if there's a pitching change then there's no play. The pitching change actually saved your parlay!

I had CIN as the ML for both my bets.. so there's the difference.

It actually worked out good for me because I had the Reds RL straight bet and in a parlay, but they only won by a run.

So both bets were cancelled but I hit my parlay.

Right, that was my original point - Matt's play was the Under so it should be a No Play.
