ATL 2 units @ 1.76 - Atlanta has good numbers against Duke and PIT haven't seen Kawakami. That should be enough to letting it be the bullpens deciding, ATL with an edge there in my estimation. Those numbers are 4.04 ERA PIT vs. 3.59 for ATL and WHIP 1.54 for PIT vs. 1.42 for the Braves if you look at the season, when it comes to the bullpens I like me a larger sample size because so much can depend on the situation they're brought into on 3-5 game basis that sometimes it can obscure underlying qualities. While I do agree that for slugging and such it does make sense to go with the last 3-5 to see who's got the "hot" bats and so on. Wouldn't the over in Arz/SD(7.5) be a play tonight? Garland has a ERA of over 7 in his last 3 and Peavy has an ERA of over 5 AND both teams went deep into their bullpens last night(18 inngs).
