I think the player to be named later is the same kid that they sent to Philly in the Thome/Rowand trade. Anyhow, I like this trade for the Sox as Floyd has a live arm, only ? is if he can put it all together

I'm suprised that the Sox didn't get a bit more for Garcia.

Will be interested to see how this works out. Despite the Sox struggles this year, I strill think they are the team beat in the AL. Too much talent on that roster to not be a contender.
