I can't argue against anyone betting on LA right now. They are playing well and finding wins in a variety of ways this season. Being a closet Dodger fan, I root for them to do well.

I have found baseball tough to handicap in my past. I am picking mostly dogs now so I can chance winning a chip or two while being a less than 50% capper.

I've never been a very knowing baseball person.

As a kid, I watched a lot of baseball games back when Dale Murphy was a Brave. In the day of the NWA out of Atlanta with Gordon Solie.

I do enjoy MLB playoffs a lot till this day though, esp...The speed of which the post season is played.

I may not watch a full regular season game the entire season on TV. One of those cases where I envy the guys who get enjoyment from something that I do not. I'd like to get that high from watching baseball like I do with football.

I enjoy baseball games live. Every time I have went to a baseball stadium I had a good time. I spent spring break in Sarasota, Florida visiting several games & stadiums in late 90's (I think 1998) which was a real fun time.

No offense but I just don't understand this from gamblers. You say you have a lot on this, well why not pony up the $100 or so and buy the MLB package either from your cable/sat provider or over the internet? I have them both, so I can watch games anywhere I have my computer and web access, or days when I'm going crazy with plays I can have 1 on the TV and 4 split screen on the laptop.
