2nd Giants-Nationals Game goes Under Tonight

Just noticing that this might be a strong under bet for the following reasons:

* A California team playing on the rainy East coast
* Two teams that can't score (and have already played once today)
* Winds blowing in from leftfield
* Chance of rain
* Cain and Detweiler pitching

I think it goes under 8.5. Already picked the Giants to win...but I'm leaning towards adding this pick on to that bet. Any thoughts?

I'll be shocked if they even play that one. It's ugly in DC right now and it's supposed to rain all night.
