0-1 to go to 4-3 + 2.3 units. I like the over at 9. Cobb has been solid but he's struggled on the road against right handed power hitters and Houston has the shortest left field fence in baseball. Morton is great against left handed hitters but has been horrible against right handed hitters, and Tampa Bay should be a tough matchup. Morton is off his best start of the year and both teams bullpens are struggling.
