Slightest of leans to O's and Under, I get Houston 55% (-122), 9.8

Normally that would be good enough variance to bet the Under, but not in that ballpark. As for guys making first starts, I use hybrid of historical, ZiPS and PECOTA.

Close, I get Dodgers 67% (-203). Remember though that with lines that big, 17 points is not as big a variance as with smaller lines.
