Should have played Nationals -- ignore the line-ups for this match-up -- awful mojo for Asher; good for Ross for a rebound game.

0-1 on the day and the Red Sox/Yankees Under is on CPR. Gary Sanchez's .750 BA against David Price is single-handedly killing the Under.

                  Late night in Seattle:

Major losing streak going on. Was up $2.2K on May 26th.

Looks to be 1-1 on the day for Saturday; losing juice. Playing Seattle +112 (Miranda) tonight as a large FADE THE PUBLIC play.

New semi-useful tool/information on the spreadsheet: Under/Over Steam. Color-coded in its respective column. Quite self explanatory if you can figure it out -- its not so cryptic. Check the highlighted steams for Saturday and the results. Sometimes it matches with the mojo. But we'll see if the mojo trumps the steam moves or not. Case study: Detroit (Verlander) vs Boston (Sale) is steaming Over. But my mojo system says to take the Under. So i passed on the game but still liked the Under quite a bit.

Old case study: David Price previous start with a C- rating. He won and was spectacular -- every pitch working, especially his cutter. David Price next start C-/D-. Will he serve par or should he be faded after a quality start? The answer: Price was awful; Yankees hit him really good. Conclusion: fade a pitcher coming off a win with bad mojo. That pitcher will most likely regress. A case of bad luck "catching up".

For Sunday, i will try several 1/4 unit plays ($25) on the Total Steams.

3-2 on Sunday. 3-2 on Monday. Small win. But the 5 winning days in a row stat matters a lot to me.

                            Tuesday, June 27 MLB:

                            REGULAR PLAY: RANGERS/INDIANS UNDER 10 -105 $105 to win $100
                            REGULAR PLAY: CARDINALS/DIAMONBACKS UNDER 9 -110 $110 to win $100
REGULAR PLAY: GIANTS TEAM TOTAL OVER 3½ -125 $175 to win $140
REGULAR PLAY: GIANTS +121 $100 to win $121

Cannot remember the last time the Giants won 2 in a row but i like 'em to win again tonight.

                            GL! Cheers!

PS. The WARM COLOR vs WARM COLOR and COOL COLOR vs COOL COLOR pitching match-ups have been hitting at a very good rate as far as totals are concerned.

                            Explanation:

WARM COLOR = bad and/or unlucky rating
COOL COLOR = good and/or lucky rating

Good luck = run support + sub-par pitching = lots of runs
Bad luck = lack of run support + good pitching = minimal runs scored

                            Monday's example:

                            German Marquez (R) B-
                            Jeff Samardzija (R) C-

Although Samardzija was brilliant last night that is the general trend and that is how i approach totals betting from my esoteric standpoint.

As long as the trend hits at a good rate we can use this information to make money all season long.

An example from Monday; a case for the Under.

                            CHC 5 Eddie Butler (R) C
                            WAS 4 Gio González (L) B/C

Both bullpens almost blew the total up, literally. The result is what matters though. The Under was a secure for 8 innings.

Not necessarily. Depends on other positions. I remember one time when quarterback Jake Delhomme played on his birthday and he had a horrible game.

Chicago Cubs (Mike Montgomery (L)) @ Cincinnati Reds (Scott Feldman (R)

Reds past failures against lefties will sway those bettors to play the Cubs. Lets see if the mojo system is right or wrong.

Some handicappers mind too much attention to lefty vs rightie match-ups. This narrow-minded thinking can save the ~capper from making a bad bet but sometimes deprive them from a profitable bet. Some recent game(s) come to mind. Mets against soft leftie Jeff Locke?

The public are in love with the Cubs today and the line moves in an awkward fashion. What we like to call "reverse line movement".

Over 70% tickets on the Cubs and the Reds line move from +113 to -105.

Montgomery is a decent pitcher but he is unlucky in terms of run support; He deserves a better record. Scott Feldman got tagged for 7 runs and left early in Wrigley.

"Too many pitches, bad command tonight, so I've got some stuff to work on and iron it out for next times," Feldman said. "You've got able to hit your spots and make pitches and just didn't do that today.

Feldman's recent form indicates he's ready to redeem himself.
