    Tuesday Value Plays with Writeups
I went 2-1 +1.13 units yesterday. Here are today's selections:

Reds +110: I'm going to wait on this to get better odds. While Oswalt has been dominant in his career against the Reds, one cannot be certain he will dominate them today. The rest of the Astros team has been awful and Oswalt has even been shaky this year. The Reds have proved to me that they have enough skill to win ballgames without their best hitters. The guys who have been filling in for their injured starters are playing great baseball, like Gomes, Nix, and Rosales. Take the better team at home at plus money.

Tigers +140: Edwin Jackson has always had nasty stuff. This is the first year he is starting to play to his potential. This could be a pitcher's duel given that Greinke has been solid this year, in which case the Tiger's offense should come through. Take a solid pitcher and offense at plus money.

Dude, I was looking at these matchups, last night, and I agree with you
I am, totally, leaning on these live dogs

Last week, I saw Edwin Jackson throw 132 pitches, and he looked very confident
    Tigers are hitting, very well
KC not hitting the ball, well
Grienke has caught on with the ESPN bobbleheads, so he's overhyped
    This is a LIVE DOG

Oswalt has no luck, 8 of 9 no decisions stros lost 2 of last 3
natti has won 2 of last 3 Owings starts

Yeah man. Home underdogs are the way to make money in MLB Capping. Oswalt is only one component of the crappy Astros team. Plus, Owings makes the Reds' offense better with his bat. I would wait on that line though. Since I posted, the line has already moved to +122 cinci. The reds are legit the most underrated team in the game. They are 4 games over .500 and in contention yet no one seems to know anything about them.

The Royals are the same story as they have been every year. They're without their closer, who is among the best in the game. It seems as if the Tigers have gotten their act together. Edwin Jackson has some nasty stuff.

          1-1 +0.22 units. Not bad.
