My books would allow it. Doesn't appear to be a typo. Just two conflicting query results I think. First time I've seen this with his picks.

I'm not playing either pick. Might be giving up small +EV, but have been burned too many times this year in this situation.

yeah I'm really sorry guys that rangers play was not just a typo I actually bet it on complete accident and then didn't even pick up on it when I posted the plays here.

I think thats the first time this happened all year, unfortunately I was forced to do everything on mobile and was also in a rush so mistakes were made.

Yeah, with 9 queries this does happen, but it actually happens a lot less then I thought it might. But yeah anytime there are conflicting plays they both just get trashed

So are you betting like $10 a game or is this just something for fun?

I love volume betting if I know I can sustain somewhere around a 5-7% ROI.

Yeah I bet about 3% per unit on my plays, which right now works out to a bit over 1k per play. The actual dollar amount of the unit size changes every day though, sometimes quite drastically over a few days, since we have been pretty swingy ITT

Here's an over/under query that's been floating around out there:

H and 6.5<=total<=8 and STDSERA>=total/2 and o:STDSERA>=total/2

1900+ observations, +5.2% ROI.
Since 2014, 869 obs., +6.6% ROI.
Query also slightly +ROI for ML and RL.

This query has 1 play for today - SD/SF u8. Starting pitchers have ERAs of 5.38 and 4.84, both > 4 (total/2).
(Edit - O/U for this game changed to 8.5)
Is this a good query by your standards? How could I make this query better? Maybe adding reliever info for both teams in some way? ERA not the best metric, but it works here.

OK did some quick tweaking and went from:

H and 6.5<=total<=8 and STDSERA>=total/2 and o:STDSERA>=total/2 and season>2013

to:

H and total<=9 and STDSERA>=total/2 and o:STDSERA>=total/2 and p:BPRA+op:BPRA<4 and p:HR+p:XBH+op:HR+op:XBH<7 and season>2013

Slightly less plays, but more units won and a much better hit rate.

could be more in this idea that I may try to explore, but for now this seems like a decent upgrade.
