Cole is coming back off his worst season. With the offseason to heal and this Pirates team is a solid team. Porcello had a monster year last year but got the highest run support in the league. Definitely due for some regression this year. This also helps that my buddy was beside me when I said I liked Pittsburgh and he spouted off "Boston is going to destroy them". Almost worth 50$ just on that statement alone.

Atlanta +172

Teheran is coming into his own and I expect him to continue get better. He has struggled against lefties but again he continues to get better. I personally think Atlanta has a decent lineup. If Feeman was on a winning team he could be in the MVP race. Let's see if we can get a better number. I hope Mets get pounded and get a better number.

Happ comes off his best season ever. Destroying any previous season he has had before. Again I look to see some regression this year. Bundy is a hard thrower and will give up the long ball. He didn't have a great spring. Glad to see his first start at home. Probably should have taken the -118 but two teams that can hit one run for a .93 cent difference is worth it.

Rodriguez hasn't lived up to his hype yet. Especially pitching in Fenway. 0-4 in 2016 with only a 2:1 K:BB ratio. Also giving up 10 homeruns in those outings. Kuhl comes into his first full season as a big league pitcher. He struggled some against lefties as a rookie. He will have his bumps in the road. I like this price on the Pirates tomorrow.

Greinke is still Grienke and this Arizona team can hit as well as anyone in baseball. I like Greinke to keep the Indian lineup on their heels as long as he can keep the ball down. Bauer isn't going to overpower the Zona lineup either and Chase field isn't a pitchers best friend to start your season especially with him struggling in the spring.

Kansas City +168

Duffy is definitely worth a play at this price. Springer is hot to open the season and he's got solid numbers against Duffy. Keeping him off the bases might be the most important aspect of this game. I know it's looking at one micro section of the game but I do believe it's a significant one.

Chicago Cubs -1.5 -110

Hendricks has been compared to having the control of Maddux and that's saying a lot. And he scares me the most in that rotation and I hate the Cubs. I think they tee off on Milone tomorrow. Bryant is starting the season hitting .063 and Rizzo at .200 and neither have homered yet. I'll be checking homerun props tomorrow on both these players.

Glad I skipped the day with Atlanta giving up runs in the 9th and the walk off homer in the 10th. While Detroit goes from +125 overnight to closing btw -110 to -120

Monday I'm still researching. Arizona bats are hot. Will they stay that way on the road?

Im definitely going to wait on the Detroit line. While Cubs might be at a play if that lines drops into the -140 range.

Gio had a solid first outing but the righties in this Cards lineup will get to him tomorrow. Lynn must avoid the two big bats in that Washington lineup, which is common sense but Werth and Lind I just don't think are huge threats. I think losing Ramos is going to hurt them tremendously.

Am I overvaluing Harvey here? I figure at this price everyone will be on him. Good ole gas can Clay I'm hoping has his usual meltdown around the 4th inning.

Yanks are hitting well at home. Severino made one major mistake in his first start giving up the three run jack with two outs in the 5th against Baltimore. He will have the home crowd behind him tomorrow. Time to get that first win of the season.

Pittsburgh +136

Repeat bet on the game that got rained out last week. Pittsburgh has not opened the season well and they haven't hit lefties well to start the season with a terrible .138 average against them. Day game tomorrow at Fenway. Everything points to fade Pittsburgh and I'm admitting now I should probably stay away but they just got swept by the Reds and they are about to start a weekend series against the Cubs. This line might move higher if it were to jump up to +150 I might sprinkle a little more on them.

If I remember correctly Greinke was dominant pitching in Dodger stadium when he played for them. Getting dbacks +1.5 +103. This game could definitely go to bullpens tied 1-1 or 2-2. Sitting on +230 if this game goes into late innings tied? I think the +1.5 is definitely worth a play here.

Harvey is 1-2 in his career pitching at Miami. He's not pitched terrible having a 2.70 era in 5 starts. I'm just taking a shot here hoping Straily can keep the ball down this afternoon. Mets depend on the long ball more than anyone.

Both Santiago and Shields have started the season out pitching well numbers wise. Santiago isn't striking too many out with 5 K's through 11 innings. Pitching to contact with a 16 mph wind blowing out today can lead to trouble. Shields has managed to get out of trouble early in the season giving up homers early in both starts but powering through. He's got a 9.28K/9 but his walk numbers are 5+BB/9. I like the Sox at this number where I can see a 8-5, 9-6 type of game today. With the wind blowing out like this I have to take the +money.

That Marlins game was crazy. From Bour making a slide like a tee ball player that would've ultimately lost the bet to Phelps giving up two in the 9th to Ozuna getting thrown out at home in the bottom of the 9th to lose the bet again to the two run walk off.

Tough way to lose this one up 7-1. And had chances up 7-5 with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the 7th. Long season and it's tough taking that RL sometimes.
