A note to the wise. It is going to be a very light gray, uniformly overcast afternoon in Maricopa County, which can be much harder on hitters than a sunny blue sky. It is just harder to pick up the rotation on the pitch. It can also be hard on outfielders running down a high fly ball they can’t keep their eyes on, but overall I think the disadvantage to the hitters is greater.
